Class 4 or 10

New to the forum. I have 2 EXplay for me and my son. What brand can you suggest PNY, Transend or Kingston as not all brand will be the same, some will be stable others will crash. Now with class I heard you really don't need class 10 especially with the present specs of EXplay. Class 4 will be just fine. Anyone knows the brand of the stock card and also it's class. T.Y
 
yeah, what are the differences between the classes? i've seen other people mention that they have a card of a certain class but i don't know what that means exactly or how to find out what kind i have. :confused:
 
Basically, it's how fast it can read/write to the card I believe. So (for ex.) if your recording hd video, you'll want a higher class that can keep up.

but if you plan on installing games on your sd card... go with a Class 10...
did the switch from Class 2 to 10 and i noticed a gain... small one but still
 
I mightgo with class 4 or10, im looking at amazon and it seems cheap but there are some draw backs like some of them will sell you just class 2 even it is advertise as class 4, some of them are counterfeit, some of them are not really brandnew etc. i might just go bestbuy online.

There are no acurate test on this specific phone that class 4 or 10 will be better against each other.
 
Got my 32g microsd, when installed it only has30g which is ok. I did not transfer the old files from the new sd but i just re installed it. Moved the other apps to my new mcsd,my problem some apps like i heart radio or brightest flaslight is not movable even it says can be move to sd,also some bloatware is unmovable, i donwloaded an apps to move apps to mcsd and it's the same, anyway i only have 124 mb on my internal, i really want to free this internal memory. is there any settings not to auto update the apps? the micro sd is working ok. is it faster i'm not sure. maybe when i play games will see. also when you take pictures where it will go, internal memory or is a way to move it mcsd?
 
yah...8g right now is so small with all those apps. i hope the next gen Xplay they will use 32g since it is cheap. my internal memeory is up to 200mb sometimes.
