Clean Flashing

Not sure what you mean?

If you're talking about a clean flash when changing ROM, then yes it's always best to wipe between flashes. You can sometimes get away with just wiping cache if you're going from one version of the same ROM to another, but a full wipe is generally always recommended.
Okay.
So can I do it with TWRP.
It has option of formatting Internal Memory
But I'm little confused.
Just to make sure, It does not cause any damage to system files or efs folder?

You don't need to wipe internal storage to flash a rom. That in fact would also wipe the rom.zip that you have saved to the storage.

A clean flash generally means you should wipe system, data, boot & cache. The rom you are installing will flash it's own system and boot.img.

I would recommend doing a backup first in your recovery. I'd backup system, data & boot. That backup will be stored on your internal storage which you do not want to wipe. If anything goes wrong like the rom will not boot, for example, you can restore that backup you made. It's always important to have a good working backup before you flash anything or change anything on the /system partition.

For good measure you can save a copy of that backup to your computer in case you do accidentally ever erase the internal storage.

Also, while you're at it. Make a separate backup of the efs partition and save that backup to your computer and/or the cloud. I have heard that if it gets wiped, your device will not be connected to data and there's no way to restore it unless you have a backup that you make. I don't know for fact if it's true, but it can never hurt to make a backup that takes only a minute.

EFS is a partition specific to Samsung devices so not sure how TWRP handles that.

Wiping the internal memory just wipes the data partition so make sure the rom.zip is on your external SD Card.

There should be an option in TWRP which handles everything you need for a ROM Flash. There's also a Full Wipe option which will wipe everything.

It might also be a good idea to check in your device forum for tips and peculiarities unique to your manufacturer / device / Android version. I know the workarounds to attempt limited flashing in locked down (to various degrees) versions of Samsung devices gets pretty convoluted. (My apologies in advance if that's obvious)

Yes Sure.
But I wanna ask that if you have to restore the backup ?
