Cleaning of Phone Forums

Greetings. I was just wondering why there are forums for phones that no one goes to? A good example is HTC Lancaster (a canceled AT&T phone from 2009). I think a fall cleaning is in order for that forum and some other phone forums!
 
We clean as often as we can get together and agree on stuff. Much stuff Rob wants to save for various reasons.

But yes, I agree.

Well, somebody doing a Google search for that device, for whatever reason, may see and click the link to these forums and stick around for a while.

Was just thinking the same thing. I'd say leave it unless it really is affecting the bandwidth or server storage. You never know when someone might randomly stroll in and start posting in that un-used forum.

Don't laugh (ok, laugh :D) but I was thinking that this forum cluster could even expand to Blackberry and (don't regurgitate your breakfast, ok regurgitate your breakfast :eek:) iPhone areas.

I did visit the Crackberry website and found that they had dedicated subforums for the Android and iOS platforms. I was quite surprised by that. I guess they could work here but I feel that there would just be too much animosity in those forums.
 
Any Apple related subforum on here will be a warzone:cool:


Edit: Regarding my earlier post, I will say that if the HTC Lancaster was cancelled as you said in your OP, THEN, at that point, I'd see reason to delete the forum. But if the subforum is just inactive, then I'd say leave it.
