Help Cleaning Screen

What is the best way to clean the screen before applying a screen protector? Then what is the best way to clean the screen protector? I am having a serious fingerprint problem! :confused:

Would cleaning with regular household Isopropyl Alcohol harm either?

I use lens cleaner and a micro fiber cloth on all my lcd screens works great.
