What is the best way to clean the tiny metal grill that goes over the ear piece?

That area collects debris quickly and I try to blow the air out with my breath, debris still remains thought.

What can I use that's small enough to get it there, yet won't damage it?

My automotive side requires me to comment... It's more like the straw that comes with most canned aerosol cleaners to direct the product flow.
