Help "clear" button in task bar - disappeared!

Hey guys title says it all. The clear button on my task bar to remove old notifications suddenly disappeared. After rebooting the phone numerous times I am still having no success. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

Edit - Problem Solved showed up after one more reboot
