Help Clear.Fi Issues

Hi I'm having issues with Clear.fi software came with Acer A500 well i made sure the videos are .mp4 format some of the videos won't play no madder what I do on the Acer A500.

not all .mp4 not supported with this device?

or is it the firmware?

can anyone help me please?

I belive it iis a codec problem. Try to get the MOBO player from the market its free and after you install it it will prompt you to install the codecs that worked for me. I'm using AVI files and they have great quility.

I am also using MOBO and have not had any problems with any file type.

I'm also using MOBO and can play WMV files. SOME will play but the video lags behind the audio and the video starts and stops but that could be a factor of the video quality.
