Help Clear notifications

I have 2 Voicemail notifications that won't go away. Is there a way to clear these?

Check your voicemail, either delete or save them and they should go away. If they still don't reboot and they should be gone.

or settings>call, then under call there is a option that states "clear voicemail notification". This will only clear the notifications from the top bar it wont erase the messages.
