Help Clock widget shrunk

For some reason the default clock widget on my moto g randomly shrinks and cannot be stretched to normal size unless i reboot the phone. But this time it won't restore to regular size period even after reboot. Has anyone else had this problem??

Are you using the stock U/I (launcher),or an aftermarket one,such as APEX/HOLO/GO/NOVA,etc.....?

I am using the Nova launcher.

Perhaps use the stock launcher & clock widget for a day or so,just to rule out your aftermarket launcher as the cause.
