Root Clockworckmod recovery freezing

Hey guys. I'm using my droid 1 running bugless beast v.5 and rom manager, and through manager every time i try and boot into recovery, it goes to clockwork just fine. but then about three seconds into doing stuff, clockwork freezes, then just reboots the phone. any ways to fix this?

- so far ive tried flashing clockwork multiple times, then rebooting into recovery and that hasn't worked.

any suggestions?

I think the BB system goofed and made you have 2 threads, so I merged them into one here.

oh ha woops sorry about that. yea ive tried that, multiple times, but still no luck. I was thinking about factory resetting and re-rooting and all that good stuff. Is that too much work for this kind of issue? or will it help?

Methinks your Droid doesn't like the BB kernel. Just my 0.02
