Ok i get to download mode now where do i put the extracted recovery folder in image? Do i place with recovery img or down at the bottom?. When i take battery out and put back. I pwr and simitaneously vol buttons. I get the triangle !. What am i doing wrong. Oh and im on ver 2.2.2

You have to go into download mode and rename your old recover.img whatever you want then put CWM in there and make sure its named recover.img if you don't see a file extension then just make sure it's named recovery, because the extension is probably hidden. Then boot into it. The triangle is the stock recovery.

I have got to the CWM blue screen but i wipe data and formatted cache. How do i get computer to recognize USB. It seems that i cant flash anything. Do i need to download drivers to PC?

If you re talking about from cwm you can't. If you don't have a ROM downloaded on your sdcard then, you better have a card reader because wiping the system gets rid of the OS so it won't boot. Or you can go into download mode and put some files in them. I can't link you right now since I'm on my phone right now, but maybe agentc13 can link you.

If you wiped everything and didn't have the flashable zip (for the ROM) on the SD card already. You can use the stuff here: http://androidforums.com/triumph-all-things-root/419789-fix-mobile-partition-fix-phone-wont-boot.html to get your phone to stock and then download the ROM files to your SD card. You can then redo the CWM stuff (follow these instructions: http://androidforums.com/triumph-all-things-root/445483-guide-installing-cwm-custom-rom-motorola-triumph.html) and you should be good.
