Root clockworkmod recovery

Ok I have no idea how this all happened. Not sure if any buttons were pushed or anything. What far more important is that im stuck and need some help getting out of this recovery window. Ok so the window looks like this .
clockworkmod recovery v5.8.3.1

- reboot system now
- install zip from sdcard
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
- backup and restore
- mounts and restore
- advanced

My phone is a lgms840 Connect. When trying to reboot system now just shuts down for 3 sec reboots and returns to same screen help. :mad:

I cant access anything on my phone. No Info. My phone wont go past this screen I had stated last post. Its a brick right now. Cant access SD card or anything or tells me no info.
 
Click link I posted. Click cwm looping. Using your computer put it on your sd card.
On phone run zip from sd card.
 
You don't have a card reader or usb thing for your sd card?

I put the CWM loop- delopper. Then chose to zip from sdcard no files found. Then i chose to apply / sdcard / updates.zip no files found again. The CWM has three files in it. META-INF
BUSYBOX
RECOVERY.IMG
All three are on SD/card
 
You left it zipped right? Power off phone when taking out sd card? Delete and redownload to try it all again? Keep fingers crossed with eyes held tightly?
 
Ok after doing those things suggested. Phone is back to brand new state. Im ok with that. Thank you jmwinf146 and everyone else. Have a great New Year :)
