Clone phone?

Hi, due to a few issues with my phone, I am being given a replacement.
So what I want to do is set my new phone up the same as the last. eg settings, updates, accounts, files etc.

How do I do this?

First you need to setup a google account which you used for the previous phone.
For the settings, you need to setup the phone again.
And for the apps, you can get the apps which were previously installed on the market(not sure though).
