Well.. THey said it was nearly impossible to do. I FINALLY did it.
Cloned a Kyocera Hydro C5170 (Boost Mobile) to a Samsung Galaxy Victory SPH-L300 (Virgin Mobile).
The goal was to get my Galaxy Victory which was on Virgin Mobile to use my Kyocera Hydro's phone number and operate on Boost Mobile Network. Both phones were taken back to nearly stock everything at the beginning/
The process went something like this:
Currently the Samsung still says everything Virgin Network in "About Phone" and ##RTN# shows the original updated Radio Version - L300VPAMG5, but it connects via Boost. I get 3g & 4G, all functions VERY well.
I told customer service that they had entered my UserID wrong name and they had to change it to "myname@myboostmobile.sprintpcs.com" and reset my HA & AAA passwords. No questions, he changed UID and pushed the update via Update Profile
If you have any questions, I'd be glad to share what I learned, not sure how much I can post on here as some of the process may not be as "legal" as it once was.

The process went something like this:
- Root both phones (Cydia Impactor)
- Determine MSL / SPC for both phones (MSLUtility.apk)
- Determine 16-Digit Pass for SPH-L300 (Samsung 16-Digit Passwords Howard Forums)
- Copy Profile from Hydro to Victory (ESN/MEID, MIN/MSID)
- Copy Nam items to Victory (some using DFS, CDMA WS, EFS Professional, and manually enter items through hidden menus, etc.
- The inevitable call to Boost Customer Service to have them reactivate / OTA re-provision the ESN for the Hydro
- Update Profile / PRL
