CloudNine Neuropad Infinity issues

HI, I have purchased a CloudNine Neuropad Infinity not without issues.

the main one which is annoying me is when I plug in the mains charger the touch screen doesn't work.

Does anyone know if this is a fault or a fault by design?
I have been unable to find CloudNine Neuropad help either.

That's a known problem occasionally. Some USB mains chargers can knock-out the touch-screens on phones and tablets for some reason. I've got a charger here that does that. You'll most likely find the touch-screen works when you charge it from your PC. Try a different charger, that's all I can say.

Gary I can't find anything about the CloudNine Neuropad either, apart from what's been sold on Amazon. I'd guess it's a Chinese device of unknown manufacture.
