Help CM 14.1 on the BLU MINI LTE?

I was wondering if my particular BLU phone would be able to handle a custom ROM known as Cyanogenmod 14.1 (android nougat)
I'm using a BLU Studio Mini LTE with 1GB RAM,

Can anybody direct me to a good site with instruction or can any professional here tell me how to install a custom recovery and Cyanogenmod 14.1 on an unofficially supported Android device?

Well, the question is not so much how to install twrp/cm onto such a device, the question is how to make the both of them for an unsupported device. If they don't exist, there's nothing to install. Or are you saying twrp and CM already exist for your device and you're not sure how to install the both of them?

@Nifffffffffy, I've merged your two threads here in AQ for you.

I'm guessing you don't currently have a custom recovery (or custom ROM) available for your device...if there's not one already available, then building one is quite an endeavor and effort, so I'm afraid it's not hopeful for you for this particular device.
