Root CM 7 Nightly question

Hey guys I'm on CM7 #11 and I want to update to CM7 # 13 can I do that without wiping Chace? I already backed up my current CM 7 # 11 ROM. Or can I update to CM7 #12 ROm?

Yes, you can. You can upgrade without wiping anything, actually. I haven't wiped on any of the nightlies.

FYI, RC2 is out. I didn't wipe anything going to that either.

I'm using Rom manager. Tho dude. Do I still have to backup existing Rom even if I did back it up?

I don't think I've installed any new apps, but I have just updated to nightly #31, and now, everytime I start navigation, a popular tells me I need to install something from the market in order to get voice guidance... which isn't true, the voice works just fine. If I hit the install button, it brings me to Speechsynthesis Install Data by Android Technologies.

Anyone else seeing this? Was it some app? I didn't see any mention on the nightly discussion at cyanogenmod forums or in any of my quick searches.
