i use go locker. or sometimes i use the lockscreen from mihome launcher

They work on mine on 5-21 if your on 4-22 its missing the lights lib you have to flash it or copy it from later build

I'm on the 5-21 Bobz with LiquidSmooth port, still no hardware lights. Is there and option I have to select?

i gathered all the fixes to date and added them in a flashable zip includes 4g fix, lights lib,volume fix,gps fix,pg's mms.apk vibration fix and front facing video

if your referring to what i pm'd you then yea, if you flash the straight cm10 i sent you then you will need to flash c kernel to get 1080p video to not be purple but the liquid smooth version i sent you flashes it by default, otherwise all fixes are included. the file you quoted above i believe has all fixes to date but it's been awhile so i'm not 100% sure. some of the fixes in that file are deprecated now since the roms already include them. if you didn't even know i pm'd then you better check your pm's
