Root CM Market issues

[phillygator]

I downloaded the latest CM since as Warm has been very buggy for me. For the CM download I deleted all cache as required, et al. With CM, no market app. However when I load the Market app and click on it, it doesnt work. There is an animation that happens, but then it's right back to where I was. The market never opens.

Any ideas from the crowd?
