Root CM10? (All About Android, Twit.tv)

So I'm an avid listener to the show All About Android (All About Android | TWiT.TV) and in the most recent show (#77) there was a voicemail from a listener who said that CM10 runs better on his LG EVO than on his Samsung Transform Ultra. I listened to it over and over again to make sure. The voicemail is at about 20:30 if you want to listen for yourselves.

Now... did I miss something? Did we somehow jump right into CM10 and I've just been living under a rock or is this guy full of crap?

In a way, I want to be wrong and have someone post a link.
 
here's my thought: there is a stable release of cm10 for the Asus Transformer. it's actually one of the only releases if im not mistaken. im wondering if the guy got the two devices mixed up. Samsung Transform and Asus Transformer yada yada. the Evo is one of the best on the market and the Transformer Prime is one of the best tablets on the market so he might have just got his names mixed up. i honestly at this point doubt cyanogenmod is able to port to our device, well aside from the progress with cm7. but later releases demand better hardware etc.

on as side note tho i did have cm10 on my tablet for about 2 hours but got frustrated and flashed over to a different rom. the current release of cm10 doesnt even have the play store installed and this was before i learned about g-apps. i will say this tho. that thing runs smooth as hell. its amazing and it was nice to have a taste of jelly bean in a predominately ICS world XD
 
Ya I am betting the same thing he must have gotten mixed up, also I have a GS3 with cm10 running on it and yes it is smooth as butter :D, part of the reason I gave up on my TU no dev work anymore and it will likely never even see cm7 yet alone cm9 or cm10.
 
Cm10 cannot be ported to the Tu due to Kernal Miss-matches and the only phones that are close enough to match the build dont have even 4.0 so it will be a long time till CM10 or even 9 comes out for it
for now devs are working on CM7.
