see i dunno that it would be looking for the filename though, it might be looking for the class name which is different, you might have to open up the file and search for ZTE like i did, and everywhere it says ZTERIL change it to ZTEQualcommRIL. that may even cause a build failure if its not matching the file name
 
just verified the old ZTEQualcommRIL.java uses ZTEQualcommRIL in the same place the new file uses its filename, so it probably matters
 
ok then, should I change the filename back to the original and keep the classes the same or should I change the class name to ZTEQualcommRIL
 
ok, filename ZTEQualcommRIL.java
public class and public within the file changed to ZTEQualcommRIL

building...wait....building....wait some more....building....

edit: the content is from the new file though :)
 
its been nearly an hour since you started the build tho, and if it used to only take half an hour then we most likely made it over that hurdle
 
FYI, my build system is currently running openjdk-6. That is where I ended up last night when I finally gave up.
 
lol i doubt it matters at this point, we will see if that causes an issue, if not then screw it. whats in a name?

i dont blame you, i have trouble trusting my own work lol. but i figure i can always go back should i royally screw something up

lol, hey if you trust me you go right ahead, i sure as hell dont trust me tho lol. you can probably get it faster than i can tho and the more testers the better
