In theory, no it is not fully functional, Nor is it made for 4.0 as it is for 4.1.2 jellybean.

well, the kernel itself is fine, the kernels ramdisk would need a little adjusting, but it would in essence not be a whole lot different from dtms serenity kernel, we are using the same source its just been tweaked
