CM10= people can't understand me

Hi Sleedeane. I moved this to the all things root forum.
Check your phone settings. Whichever setting is enabled for noise suppression, try the opposite and see if that helps.

Thanks Atmazzz. But I don't see any settings for noise suppression or anything like that anywhere. Any more ideas?

If you tap your phone button like you're going to make a call, then tap your menu button, scroll down and noise suppression should be the option near the bottom. Do you see it there?

Its the latest 10.1 nightly, which I updated to after installing the stable 10.0.
These are what are listed in Goo.
I don't see any mention of "Chopsticks" anywhere, just CM/developers.
Also, the screenshots are of Stock 4.0.4. I went back to from CM after I realized the problem with people not understanding me.

Ok, it may not be the same 10.1 in this thread then. I know I have that setting on mine and I'm on that CM 10.1.
That setting is really the only suggestion I have for you to try. You might try that CM 10.1. Its pretty good.

Ah ok. I see the problem. On stock you have to actually be in a call and then press the menu button and you will find that setting.
