Root CM10 startup REPEAT?!

Hey guys for some reason, when I load up cm 10 on my evo4g lte i keep getting an endless cycle of this cyanogemod intro screen with the spinning circles. It will not proceed! I installed the file flashed it, i even flashed the boot.img to boot via linux and then reflashed the rom and still nothing, and I am stuck with a brick phone right now. help!
 
Where did you download the ROM from? What was the date?

What did you wipe before flashing?

Are you S-ON or S-OFF?
