Sorry for the noob question but what does all this mean?

Camera may not work, but the difference in speed and efficiency between touchwiz Android 4.4.1 and the CM12 is incredible.

Just want to tell everyone who worked on this thanks! This phone used to feel like a old Toyota, now it feels like I have Porsche!

legacy audio is likely the problem, ive had it happen many times in the past with legacy hals, i generally use -caf variants for qcom audio, display, media

Yeah just called myself from a friends phone, got the call and it worked.

The WiFi doesn't work for me, and neither does the camera. Still using it daily.

Face palm X1000, sorry, just remembered the zip I flashed was from another site, and not this one.

cm-12.1-20150619-UNOFFICIAL-afyonltetmo.zip

May you link to where you got that file? would not mind trying it out

--Edit-- Nevermind, already tried that version a while back, kinda need Wi-Fi so it would not work out for me

Thanks a lot for this. Currently using as my daily. Who needs a camera? Lol... Everything else works great for me. Took some time getting the recent key working, but that wasn't even a big deal to me. The security settings issue is the only real reason I fixed it.

Did u get the wifi to work? That's an huge issue, if u did then hook us up bro lol we needz more devs around here, really, really wish I could build this my ownself, but I dont have enough space on my pc, otherwise I would've been done it by now

I was thanking the OP for his cm12... I don't have a pc or I'd try, though... I'm not a dev, though...

Here's a Geekbench result from this kernel. Somehow it's multi-core score is better than stock with an overclocked CPU. Probably just has fewer background services running, but it's still very impressive.

For anyone having issues with the key master fix (or if you just don't want to mess with it), I have a TWRP and a CWM backup with it fixed. ~378mb.

I've also added a couple of apps
*Device Control - For kernel configuration.
*Rom Manager - Manage CWM
*TWRP Manager - Manage TWRP
*Avant Exploder - To easily flash CWM, TWRP, or Stock recoveries

Also included SuperSu and the Dolby audio drivers.

Links for TWRP:

Links for CWM (file is named CM12.1-TWRP.zip, but I assure you that it is indeed a CWM backup) :

Instructions:
1-Unzip and place in your TWRP/CWM backup folder
2-Reboot to recovery
*2.5-Go to "Restore" and ensure backup is showing in the list
3-Wipe device
4-Restore backup
4.5-Flash any zips you want/need
5-Reboot and enjoy

***REMEMBER: THIS IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIP. IT IS A ZIP CONTAINING TWRP/CWM BACKUP FILES***

I have also decided to make a new flashable zip to fix the keymaster files:
