Here is a flashable zip that will fix the video recording and also remove SD card write restrictions as well. Thanks @hroark13 for finding this fix.

How do you get it stay like that I delted the line and saved it and it keeps showing up

You don't have the ability to write to /system and any changes you try to make will not stick. Just flash the zip I provided. It will do it for you.

But I've flashed the kernel update when I flashed the ROM. Would it help if I flashed it again?

One more question do I have to do anything else the camera is working as well as the video but when I go into system app and try to move my app to my SD card it still tells me not enough space to move to SD card but I have plenty of space do I have to do something else

It doesn't make any difference. There is no need to flash the updated kernel again. The zip just replaces the original /system/build.prop with one without the line that breaks video recording and replaces /system/etc/permissions/platform.xml with one that has an extra line added to allow unrestricted access to your SD card.

The option to move apps to SD doesn't work either way. I undid the changes that the zip makes and it still didn't work. This is just a very small bug in the ROM that I don't really care whether it ever gets fixed. There isn't really any need to move apps to the SD card when you have a phone with over 11.5GB of internal storage.

Lol I don't know about that. Hroark13 has mad skillz. I know a little about making flashable zips but I'm far from being a real developer.
