Your phone may not be handling the overclock so well. Try a cpu app and lower until the reboots cease.

yeah... running at 710 i also got the same perpetual reboot... had to drop it to 652 or 653 (I do not remember which one) and the reboots stopped... i have since gone back to stock, but will be checking out the CM7 soon...
