Root cm6 screen stops rotating

I took some time to go thru it and this is what I found:

Screen stuck and wont change landscape?
  • Go to Settings --> CyanogenMod Settings --> Performance Settings --> enable "Lock home in memory."
 
Someone was saying when they used go launcher it fixed it, but maybe instead on doing a reboot, put the auto rotate widget in the power bar and when it acts up just select and reselect it. It will at least be faster than waiting through a whole boot, if it works.

what launcher you using, like lp also have a setting for rotation and it can interfer with phone also, other launcher have these setting also.
 
This rotation problem is like pimple, you think it's fixed , but sooner or later, no matter what you do, it comes back. Next time I turn my cell on, I am going to time how long it takes for this to reappear. It's like some weird timeout problem, or somehow, its overvolted(your guess is as good as mine).

what launcher are you using?
 
Trying out this app called autorotat, if all works, will let everyone know. Ever since I put it on, it hasn't done it yet, but I only installed it yesterday. I need to ask why the android keyboard keeps making? Itself the, default?
 
I went through a full day of using my phone, played with everything, and the rotation didn't screw up once. I even let it sit for 3 hours( it was getting stuck every hour or so before), autorotat seems to have solved the problem. Now on to the problem of the android keyboard making itself default.
 
11:30 saturday night, phone stopped rotating again, used it all day, is there something missing? This is a weird problem.
