Situation: I'm making a call or I receive a call and I need to use the key pad to enter an account number. The screen is black. How in FSM's name do I wake the damn phone up without hanging up????
The screen always goes black and nothing I do will wake it up minus hitting the hang up button... and it hangs the phone up.
