Root Cm6

Make sure you've got another to replace it (You knew that though I'm sure). I always suggest backing up with Titanium before you uninstall. Before I go through things that are in the roms and start messing, I always do a nandroid. ^.^

also if you using titu pro, i suggest wipe the app first and than simply freeze it rather than uninstall.

Yeah that's what i usually do but i figured since i have flashed more times than a drunk chick at spring break I would test it out the hard way. But freezing is a safer method.

cause alot of peoples get stuck once the delete something they not suppose to and have a hard time getting there phone back to working order, but lucky with all the support on here and myself of course and with all the step by step guides theres really no way to "brick" or mess your phone up...:D

As it's always said, Before you mess...Back up! :P Back that thing up honey, All the way to CWM.

It's also a good idea to keep your install files for Icarus, CM6, and/or CM7 on your sd card. Then if you screw up, you can alway flash again and redownload your apps and set your settings again.

but best thing to do is run a batch backup in titu and you can restore them back in one easy click...run batch restore system app+ data...:D

Unless you're me. :o

You can get very close to bricking it, in my haste to solve a Wifi prob, on the alpha cm6, I formatted, and erased too much on my sd, didn't have a card reader, so I couldn't download anything to my cell. Sd wiped compleatly! Turned on, and just got the huwei logo, that's as far as it went, even deleted clockwork mod! Had to get a usb card reader, cause my pc does'nt have one, went back to the last stable build of cm6, and everything works now, icluding mms, got rid of ADW. LAUNCHER, it didn't work on landscape too well, downloaded, and installed golauncher, solved!
