hopefully this will fix a few bugs when it gets integrated into a nightly ....hopefully it doesn't take a step backwards in the battery usage.


still no stable build yet for the DX but it is good to see it listed on the CM7 device page though

Depends on the device, but more likely just sets the current build as stable.

Nook Color nightlies were already stable.

HP Touchpad (tenderloin) soon to be added to cm github. Might even have a first release this week, we'll see.

Is this the same install method as most Roms? Clockwork, clear data/cache/dalvik install?

I must be on 2.3.340 for this version though, right?

Yep, 340, clockwork or rom manager, clear it all, reboot to tasty CM7.1

OK. Now I'm officially confused by this official release. My understanding is that the official CM 7.1 is Froyo based, right? So if I'm on a GB based ROM I need to SBF? What's the benefit of the official CM 7.1 versus, say, RevNumbers? Less bug?

Really want a stable build for the Droid X. I'm putting up with too many bugs in Rev's GB version and much worse battery life compared to the nightly #74 I was running before.
