[Release][Alpha3.5]Cyanogenmod Touchpad - RootzWiki

Changelog:

 * Video playback improvements
 * UI Composition improvements(nothing major)
 * 3D speed improvements in some circumstances
 * 3D game compatibility improvements(Shadowrun tested, but other games may work better as well)
 * Some changes to wpa_supplicant (wi-fi), remains to be seen whether it makes any difference

Did this come out 3 hours ago? I noticed it on Twitter on my phone. :D

Note: I am working on ICS mostly. CM7 alpha3.5 has changes I've made for ICS but also help Gingerbread.

So I dont know where to ask this, but whenever I try to get CWM on to my touchpad I run the cmd line and nothing happens, no errors, nothing, just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
 
What do you mean by running the command line? Do you mean installing CWM? Or booting to it?
 
You have to boot into CWM from the boot menu (Moboot). Rom Manager doesn't support the TP yet. I don't know why it doesn't.
 
I installed it on my TP this morning. Nothing to report yet since I've been at work.

Only thing I did notice was that it took quite a while for the new Facebook to actually display something useful. Right after installing I got a market update for Facebook so that might have been part of the problem.

It seems like it's a bit faster but I have not worked with it enough to determine if that's a legitimate observation... or just a by-product of clearing the cache.
 
I installed before going to work, then played with it a bit after work. Since most of the changes involve video or 3d and I haven't used any of those and since I haven't had any wifi issues, I can only say it's as good as A3.
 
I did not notice any graphics difference. Also my WIFI issues remain. I cannot easily connect to AndroidTether. Must conntect to a working WIFI then disconnect and attempt to connect to AT while the TP attemptes to connect to another WIFI...
 
Settings... applications... all... find market. Uninstall updates. Open market and try again.

I've seen this before... nothing new.
