Root CM7 call volume is too low

I installed CM7 a few weeks ago without any problems but even when I had stock I can barely hear people in phone calls. I have the call volume maxed out and typically I'm forced to put the person on speaker phone to hear them. This is extremely frustrating and I can only assume this is a software issue. There are alot of volume options but I can't really seem to find any for in-call volume, but I have that maxed out as far as I can tell.

Are there any fixes or any apps I can download to fix this?

cm7 normally comes with dsp manager use that to crank up volume. Google it.
