Once in recovery, choose backup/restore and then create a backup. Back in the main menu choose wipe cache, under advanced wipe dalvik cache, under mounts format boot, system, data, and cache. The back in the main menu choose install from sdcard, then choose zip from sdcard, select the aospCMod zip file, then do the same with the gapps zip file.
