Root CM7 Phone stuck in bootloop

My phone was force closing everything as soon as I opened it, so I rebooted into recovery mode and restored it, then rebooted the phone. Now it's stuck in bootloop and I can't remember how to fix this.

Any help is appreciated.

If you can get into recovery then clear the cache and dalvik cache, and reflash cm7.

If you can't get into recovery and you have s-off, restore in hboot from PBIMG31.zip and then re-root and nandroid.

how do I reflash the CM7?

Exactly like you did the first time. Load the zip onto the sdcard (which you can mount in recovery) and install it in recovery.
