Root CM7 shutter silence

maybe I am missing it, but is there a camera shutter silence option in cm7?

I think somewhere in the /system/ area there was a shutter.ogg file that you could mute.

I'm not on CM anymore, but if you made a 1 second clip of nothing, and saved it over it .. then I'd think it would stop.

Mount /system as r/w using whatever method you like (root explorer, terminal emulator, etc.), then go to /system/media/audio/ui/ and rename camera_click.ogg to something else (just add .bak to the end), and see if that removes it.
