Root cm7 sms dont send.

ok so i am running cm7 RC4 and i have made sure that it was a good flash so thats not the problem anyway my problem is that when i am typing an sms message and i get over 160 characters (so its anything over that 160 charactrs) and i hit send it tells me that its not able to send the message so i then have to remove that message and copy it shorten it and manually send it in 2 parts. So my question is this is their any way to fix that so i dont have to deal with that problem??? Thanks for the help

i use the handcent texting app off the market.. it allows you to split the text at 160 char so you can send any sized text without a problem.. works well w/ the aosp roms that have this issue..

upon further review.. i'm running Kings GB UNLeashed which is based off CM7 and there is an option in message settings that allows you to split at 160 chars.. maybe no need for handcent.. although it does allow for nice customization

Correct! there is an option to split sms messages after 160 characters in the sms settings.
