Root CM7 Update 7.1.0 RC1

Just recieved the update through RM for the new CM7 update. What all is included in the new update? How would I flash over the new update? Also would I need to clear my caches and would I lose all of my apps, info, etc. Thanks everyone ahead of time.

If your coming from 7.0.3 you would need to do a full wipe, factory reset, and dalvik. If you're coming from one of the nightlies then you may get away with just cache and dalvik.
