Root CM7 Updates

I've got CM7 7.0.2 and just got a notification for the 7.0.2.1 update. Is it worth wiping everything and redoing my phone after updating or should I just stay with 7.0.2? Would there be any advantages to updating?

7.0.2.1 addresses the camera issues introduced with 7.0.2. You can flash 7.0.2.1 over 7.0.2.

EDIT: You should always perform a backup before flashing an update just to be safe.
