Root CM7 vs CM9 (Performance)

Hey there, i recently installed CM9 for my Wildfire S and it looks great but it's sort of buggy and laggy (also the video camera does not work) and i was wondering if installing CM7 with an ICS Theme would be better, in terms of performance.. I use this phone everyday so i'll need one that works great, and doesn't lag. Thanks in advance :)
 
Oh no this is only a GSM version. At least Alquez's version. Not sure if there is a marvelc version out there.
