Root CM7 with tiamat kernel force issues

Recently I've been having force close issues....I thought it was the cm7 kernel so I installed tiamat instead. Still having force close issues.. i fix permissions, wipe caches and now my inc is freezing, random resets, and force close....anyone have any suggestions?

You mean other than a complete wipe and reflash?
 
I was having tons of force closes with CM7 until I installed Cache Cleaner NG. Problems solved.
