I have the same problem... but i just live with it.. Its got to be something with Metro.. It did it to me on 2.2 as well..People send pics and like it won't let me download it and i already had that zip metro off or whatever and it worked at first now its not
What version of metroff did u use?

if you are receiving mms from iphones or htc phones, that is a known bug.
