You will have to download Gapps and install after installing this update and be sure to do a full wipe for best performance [in case you are updating from CM9 v3.x ,there is no need for wipe] !

And I just install that like a regular ROM? I'm on official ICS 4.0.3 it's a first time I'm installing custom ROM on it. I read all the articles and guides on the net

No ,you need to have a rooted phone and a custom recovery first in order to install this custom ROM !

Yes of course, I did that already, forgot to say it sorry...
So, after I rooted, installed CloworkMod recovery installed through ROM Manager, I flash the ROM through recovery mode?

Yes ,go and download that ROM ,make a CLEAN [sd card+phone] wipe [backup your music ,photos to your pc first] ,put the rom on your SD card somewhere and install via RECOVERY ! [DO NOT FORGET GAPPS !!]
