Yeah, that's what I was worried about. I've been reading up on it. I just installed CM9 and I used ACME3 and would have really hoped to just update from 9 to 10. However, it is not essential that I update, I can do a clean install. Thanks for the input.

Since you used ACME3 to install CM9, be sure you have a backup and install CM10 and the 1011 JB gapps using CWM. Be sure you clear the cache and Dalvik cache. If you have no issues doing it this way, your home free. If you do, do a clean install of CM10 and JB gapps and then do an advanced restore using the backup you made and only restore data, nothing else.

Yeah.....I'll need to do a little more reading to fully comprehend all of what you said. However, it is a great starting point and I appreciate the advice and help.

Have you ever restored a backup using clockworkmod?
In that same menu there's an advanced restore and then under that you restore data only.
