Root CMDA Storage issue

CSPAD

Lurker
Mod Version: cyanogenMod-7.1.0 BravoC
HTC Desire CDMA

I am having issues with storage space for all my apps. I only have 150mb of storage. I know there is a way to fix this but Im not sure. I have read the thread on partioning but I am not clear on the process. Is it the same for a CDMA? Also, is there any other ROMS out there for me to use? I just want alot of space to store my apps! Thanks

Keep getting insufficient space on my phone when I try to download from the market

You need to look at the a2sd+ route. Have a read of the root memory faq, linked in the "desire all things room guide" sticky thread.

I have read the guide but I am confused on what I exactly have to do. The directions and step by step guide is a little confusing. Is the rom I am running support as2d+ and is there an updated rom to the one I am currently using now or because my phone is CMDA there isnt many roms?

Partition your SD card.

Then;

1) Download an a2sd script

or

2) Download s2e (Simple 2 ext) from the market (CM only)

Im in g parted right now how should i set this up so i get the maximum amount of space on my phone?

What file system should I use

What should my free space proceeding be

New size

and free space following be?

will ext4 work with any cmda rom?

I have a 8 gb sd card. Is 1gb enough?
