CNN Mobile

When I got my Evo, a mobile CNN site was preloaded into my bookmarks. When I visited it, I got a very organized version of the site. It was not cluttered or anything. I had to restart my phone today, and when I logged onto the mobile CNN site via the bookmark, it took me to the standard CNN mobile site. This site in contrast is very cluttered and disorganized. Did CNN or HTC change something? Has anyone else had this issue? And most important, can it be corrected?

Double check the bookmark, it should link to CNN (m.cnn.com)

To enable mobile versions of web pages - while on a web site, go to Menu>More>Settings and make sure the green check mark is on for the Mobile View box.

:)

I'm assuming you are using the default browser because you mentioned going to cnn when you got the evo.

Go to menu > more > settings and make sure ' enable mobile versions of web pages' is checked. When you go to cnn, there should be a 'm.' on front of cnn.

That sounds about right, head over to FOX NEWS where everything is clear, fair, and balanced.

Don't know what is wrong with my phone, but I am using the stock browser. I went into the settings as NeoEvo suggested, and the box was already checked. The bookmark that was preloaded took me to m.cnn.com. Now it redirects me to cnnmobile.com. I want the m.cnn.com to work. When I type it in manually, it also automatically redirects me to cnnmobile.com. dcoaster, did yours fix on its own?

Updated: Thanks everyone for all the suggestions. I finally got it fixed. It must have been some type of bug in the system that required dissipation of all electricity within the phone. I had restarted my phone multiple times when this problem started, to no avail. But I took the battery out a few minutes ago for the standard 30 seconds, and when I rebooted, I was able to access the m.cnn.com site again.
