I was out last night and my battery died. I got in and plugged it in to charge it up. I woke up this morning and the phone will not properly turn on. I'm not sure what the problem really is... Cognition loads and then it goes to my home screen. A few seconds later the Cognition load screen shows up again. It repeats this cycle a few times then gets stuck on the Cognition screen. I have never had any thing like this happen before. I don't mind loading the ROM again if I need to, but I have no idea how to do this if the phone won't work.
Any insight?
