Help collect call problem after rooting

Hey i was wondering if sombody could help me out.
i just rooted my LG optimus M using this guide LG Optimus M Root 2.2.1 rootd0wn
everything seems to be working fine except when i try to call a number the operator says "to make a collect call or a lanline call press 1 to buy a prepaid card press 2"

Before i rooted i was making calls fine.can anybody help me out?

thanks for the roms mikenly but the problem is still there.it still says push 1 for a collect call when i try to make a phone call.
im guessing it has something to do with MS690ZV4_26-root.bin, MS690ZV3_36.scr and 3017nam1.prl with LGNPST to root thats when i lost it when the phone rebooted.

thanks i just sent him a message.btw i just found out my phone is on a service called 'American roaming'? when it should be on metro pcs.
Im thinking my phone got flashed to another carrier thats not mine

Edit: is there a way to maybe flash it back?

I don't believe that's why. Its because you have no signal. When you have no signal your phone goes to roaming and picks up the closest network. Whenever you get signal then it will go back to Metro.
 
try going to Settings>Wireless & Network Settings>Mobile Networks

First see if you have National Data Roaming selected- If you do uncheck it
If not go to System Select and check Home only to force it to be on Metro's network.

Yeahh. Your prl could be outdated. We're at 3019 so go to Settings>About Phone and look at your prl number. Anything under 3019, then you should call *228. Say "Roaming list" immediately after the Spanish prompt. Then say "yes". It will download the latest prl roaming list.
