It sounds like either a factory reset or installing another browser are your only options left. Can you get in at all, or does it bring up that message as soon as it opens?
I get another browser but how can i make him default ?
I want that if i open a program that need to be open in browser i want to that the new browser will open that.
Yeah, when you install a new browser you'll get the option to make that browser the default.
When you open something that requires the browser be open, you'll get a wee box up asking which app you want to open it with. There's a check box which says something along the lines of make default, just put a tick in the box, select the aternative browser and you should be sorted.

I did him default but there is some programs that its says the same problem ... i dont knw how t open them with my new browser

If you go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Look for the app Internet.
Hit Internet, then there should be a button towards the bottom of the page "Clear Defaults". Press that and now everything that looks to the stock internet browser to open should clear itself and whenever you open that app, it will ask the question again. To choose your alternative app, just follow the process in my post above.
