Help com.android.phone crash

after i updated my lg from 1.6 to 2.1 a strange message appears every 10 seconds - com.android.phone stopped has unexpectedly.I think that it is because i updated it with the wrong kdz file or something...Please help me solve this problem

I am from Bulgaria and am using M-tel but i already solved the problkem with hard reset :}

I alway find it best to do a hard reset after updating the phone because you never know what's getting left over from the previous firmware.

I have the same problem, this has only just started when I installed a new app and the phone ran out of space. Then the message keeps popping up and every app crashes instantly, this includes system apps (Market etc.).
